If you click on the down arrow below the Reports, Panels or Bookmarks buttons, you see that the menu is divided in three parts:
- On top are the MRU (Most Recent Used) reports (or panels, or bookmarks).
- The second part of the menu shows the MFU (Most Frequent Used) reports (or panels or bookmarks).
- The bottom part contains the functions for creating reports and charts and for viewing the complete list of reports.

By default there are a total of eight rows, four for MRU and four for MFU.

1) Click on the bottom part of the Report button. The report menu opens.
2) The first four rows show the most recently used reports (these are numbered).
3) The second four rows show the most frequently used reports.

It’s possible to modify the number of MRU and MFU objects in the lists as follows:

1) Click on the Options button in the Tools group of the ribbon.

The value set for Show the following number of most recent elements and Show the following number of most frequent elements is four by default.
The sum of MRUs and MFUs cannot be more than ten. For example if you set one of the two values to nine, the other value decreases to one.
NB: Values range is from one to ten. If you don’t want one or both the two lists, remove the flag from the boxes on the left.

2) Set seven for Show the following number of most recent elements and set three for Show the following number of most frequent elements.
3) Click on Close to confirm and close the Options window.
